6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained, reserving 1/4 cup juice
1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1 tbsp. choled green onion
2 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp. chopped jalapeno
Grill and season chicken to your liking.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Serve salsa with grilled chicken (either on top or to the side)!
