Cowboy Caviar

2 cans of white corn
2 cans of black beans
2 cans of black-eyed peas
2 cans of Rotel (one hot, one regular)
2 avocodos (chopped into dime-sized chunks)
cilantro to you taste
1 bottle of Italian salad dressing

Put all ingredients int a big bowl and refrigerated the night before you need it. Drain a couple of times the next day prior to serving. Serve with Fritos Scoops! Enjoy!
