Strawberry Spinach Salad
1 lb. fresh spinach torn into bite size pieces
1 head of bibb or butter lettuce torn into bite size pieces
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup of chopped pecans or almonds toasted
Dressing
1/3 cup raspberry vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1/4 cup canola oil
