Slow Cooker Saucy Meatballs


1 pkg. (6oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Turkey (Penka used the one for chicken)
1 1/2 pounds hamburger
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup water
4 cups spaghetti sauce


Combine stuffing mix, hamburger, egg and water. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in slow cooker and top with sauce. Cover with lid. Cook on low 6-8 hours, or on high 3-4 hours.

Eat with spaghetti noodles. May need more sauce, as the meatballs will soak up the sauce in the slow-cooker.

*Meatballs can be made the night before to save time in the morning!
