Crock Pot Lasagna

3/4 pound Italian sausage, browned
1/4 pound hamburger, browned
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 container (15 oz.) cottage cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese (fresh...not canned)
15 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 jar Ragu onion/garlic spagettti sauce
3/4 of Ragu jar of water

Mix 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and cottage cheese together.  Spoon 1/4 of meat mixture into slow cooker.  Top with 5 noodles (broken to fit).  Spread with 1/2 of cheese mixture and 1/4 of meat.  Top with 5 noodles, other 1/2 of cheese, and 1/4 of meat.  Top with remaining 5 noodles and any remaining meat.  Pour jar of sauce and water over the top.  Cook in slow cooker, low heat setting, 4-6 hours.  After 4 hours place remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on top. Garnish with parsley.
