Gooey Butter Cake

Crust - bottom layer
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
1 egg
1 cup (or more) chocolate chips

Mix together cake mix, butter and egg.  Pat into a greased 9x13 cake pan. Evenly spread chocolate chips on top of that.

Gooey goodness - top layer
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together all ingredients.  Pour over cake mixture/chocolate chips (bottom layer), spreading to the edges.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.  Enjoy this gooey goodness!
